Hello everyone! My name is Hiraetsu, or Hira for short. I’ve been drawing for 6 years now and would love to draw your characters <3 Currently in college so, wish me luck hahaI am a feral and humanoid self-taught artist that can dabble into anthro art as well!! Design TOS

Character Transfer Rights
As the creator of the designs, I should be notified of all transactions of my designs.
Designs cannot be sold more than they’re worth. The addition of commissioned work does count in overall resale value. Free art and art trade artwork pieces count in resale price as well. In other words, you cannot sell unless art is added.
Transferring the character as a gift or through trade can be done at any time as long as I am notified.
Trading or gifting will result in the design losing its monetary value and cannot be resold unless more art is added. *Some Exceptions may apply to this rule. Please contact me to see if you will apply to this rule or not while trading/selling my designs.

Design Rights
You have the right, as the owner, to alter any design made by me; however, I must be notified of these changes.
All potential redesigns MUST be approved by me. No exceptions.
Anytime the design is reposted you must be give credit to Hiraethh of TH or Hiraeru of DA; even if you were given permission to alter the design. Some exceptions are accepted such as getting artwork of your character or posting the design in Discord to show off friends. However, posting the design for the first time in Deviantart requires credit. Reposting the design is only allowed on Artfight and Toyhou.se; both of which must be credited with in-site credit using the name Hiraethh (soulili for artfight).
Do not in any way claim the design as yours or as having been created by another person.

Commission TOS

Required Information:
I only accept commissions that have a clear, digital reference
If you do not have a digital reference, please at least provide digital colors. No exceptions
I require full payment after I completely sketched out your character(s).
Please note that the max characters taken in each commission are 4-5.

My Rights:
I have the right to deny any commission, and I do not have to provide a reason.
I have the right to post my artwork anywhere I choose to promote myself as an artist. The only exception is if you had discussed it with me for the artwork to remain private.
I have the right to change my terms of service at any time and new rules will be applied to you commissioned art
I still retain intellectual rights over my work.

Usage Policy:
Only myself, and the commissioner (or the current owner of the character) may use the artwork.
you may; Post the artwork on any website so long as you properly credit me, (must somehow link back to me), Use the work for Personal use only.
you may not; Use my artwork commercially, Claim it as your work, or remove my watermark, Edit my work without my permission, absolutely do not trace my work

Refund Policy:
Please contact me if you wish to have a refund. Give me time to respond!!
If the commission is completed or after the coloring stage, I will not give you a refund.
If the commission is still in the sketching stage, I will give an 80% refund.
If the commission is past the sketching stage and before the coloring stage, I will give a 50% refund.
If the commission is not started, I will give a full refund.

Completion Time:
I may take up to a month to complete your commission(s). Wait time depends on my queue and how busy I am in real life.
You can ask me for WIPs and updates! You may ask me to send you a sketch to approve of before I continue on with your work.
Let me know before I receive payment if there is some sort of deadline you need this work done by. This may raise the price or make me deny your commission. (Aka asking me to do a fullbody that needs to be done by tomorrow/day after)

Changes:
If I have not started yet, you may change the character/commission.
If the commission is in the sketching stage, some major changes can be made.
I will only change minor things if I am past the sketching stage of your work.
I would prefer to not change anything after the final product, but I am willing to do so if it’s minor.
